This show is a collection of my personal and client art projects and the inspirations behind them. I'm an artist and a graphic designer with a foot on each side of the line. Painting helped me to illustrate objects beyond what we normally see. And, graphics take a complicated subject and communicate the message through its true element. When someone asks me to create an image (either a painting or a logo) for themselves or a business, I look for the concept, the personality, and the soul beneath the surface.
My job requires a great deal of discipline, patience, and positive energy. I was very blessed to have several mentors take the time to help me develop my craft and force me to push it beyond academic standards. Watching them create art, interact with the public, and make a career out of it inspired me to become a graphic artist.
