Payment and Shipping Terms for Merchandise

MAIL IN PAYMENTS: Money order and check payments must be made out to: Keith Doles. Mispellings or incorrect amount will result in order shipment delay and your payment to be returned to you for correction.
Please include a copy of your invoice with your mailed payment or indicate your Order Number in the memo section of your check. Please also include your Customer ID number on all billing correspondence. Personal checks must be cleared within 2 weeks before your order is processed and shipped. Payment by money order will result in a more timely process. After your payment is cleared, your order will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days.
CHECKS NOT HONORED BY THE BANK: Should we receive a check from you that is not honored by the bank such as NSF (Insufficient Funds) or any other reason and the check is returned unpaid, your order will be delayed until sufficient funds are received. Your order may be canceled after a period of 90 days from the date of the order if payment is not received. Future orders and payments will then be required to be by Cashier's Check, Money Order or via Online Payment.
ONLINE PAYMENTS: Take advantage of the convenience of our online payment option. Click on the credit card payment via PayPal option during the checkout process of the shopping cart where you may pay for your order online securely. You may also pay your design or fine art invoices with your credit card or PayPal account as well.
If you choose to make your payment with your credit card or PayPal account funds, you will be directed to the secure SSL PayPal Payment Processing Center. PayPal no longer requires that you have an account with them to utilize their services. You may now remit by secure direct credit card transaction through the PayPal web site. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, you can now remit payments using your credit card like any secure other online purchase. PayPal's service will automatically take those that don't have a PayPal account to a different server so you can complete your transaction just like any other secure online payment processor. You will be offered the OPTION of setting up a PayPal account AFTER you make your payment but this is no longer mandatory. If you already have a PayPal account, your options for payment will remain the same as they always have.
We do not provide support for PayPal issues. If you have questions or need assistance in setting up your account, please contact PayPal via their help links or contact links found on their site. For your convenience we are providing this link to the PayPal website to assist you in setting up an account if you so wish or to view their services.
SHIPPING IN THE U.S. AND ABROAD: At this time, we currently ship items only to residents of the United States.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: Returns for unopened packages or opened packages with all contents can be done within 14 days for your money back. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was when you received it to qualify for a refund. Only complete order items can be returned. Partial items of the order including, but not limited to frames, matte, or prints will not be accepted. Refunds are not automatic and no refunds will be made without your explicit request. Your request for a refund must be included in your return notice or it will not be honored. Only the subtotal for your returned order is refunded, and it will be issued via PayPal to the e-mail address we have on file for you or a money order will be mailed to you.
