I started painting while working on my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the University of North Florida. I was blessed to have my work shown in art galleries around the state including the Ritz Theatre & LaVilla Museum in Jacksonville and later at the Morean Arts Center in St. Petersburg, Florida.
In 2005, I earned a Master of Arts degree from Webster University where I wrote a thesis about the visual arts and its socioeconomic influences on the general public in my hometown. I also earned some tuition money by painting portraits for classmates, friends, and a couple of National Football League players.
I work as a graphic artist, and I'm enjoying my career by maintaining an active art exhibition schedule and mentoring emerging artists.
My portfolio features works of art that are of my personal reflections and graphic design used for commercial purposes. I explain the nature of my work as well as what inspired me to create it. All of the images, whether they are traditional or modern, show my appreciation for organic and Oceanic forms.
